In-person voting will not be available on 3 May 2025. Please also note that all times are local to this polling place.

There is no need to book an appointment. You must bring photo identification to enter the Embassy. All visitors to the Embassy undergo security screening which includes x-ray scanning of bags, a walk-through metal detector and use of hand-held wand scanner.

Passport appointment availability is limited and you should continue to allow a minimum of six weeks after lodgement to get your new passport.

We aim to complete notarial services lodged by mail within five working days.

Passport and notarial services are by appointment only.

Visitors to the Embassy must bring a photo identification document and arrive no earlier than 10 minutes prior to their appointment. Do not attend an appointment if you are feeling unwell or have been in contact with someone who has been unwell. All visitors to the Embassy undergo security screening which includes x-ray scanning of bags, a walk-through metal detector and use of hand-held wand scanner.
